Carrot juice is the king of all Jamaican dinner juices and this juice is made and served mostly on Sundays. Carrot juice contains carotene, a known anti-oxidant, which has great anti-aging effects. The juice also has good anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous properties. The raw juice by itself is also helpful for lowering stress and aiding the digestive system.

Ingredients:
* 2-4lbs. Carrot
* 1 can Condensed Milk
* ¼ lb Sugar
* 2 tablespoon nutmeg
* 2 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
* 3 cups water
* Rum (Optional)

* Fine grain strainer
