Banana Fritters are delicious and tasty treats to enjoy especially in the mornings. These fritters will fill your mouth with excitement as you bite into a warm, yummy and sweet banana delight. You can make and satisfy your family’s unique craving by trying this fantastic recipe.

First you need bananas that are well ripe, this way you banana fritters will be tastier. Grab a large mixing bowl, peel and mash the ripe bananas into it and add one egg, a bit of brown sugar. Mix in a dash of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg then blend together all these wonderful ingredients. Next, ensure that all the mixture is combined, you may see a few lumps but that’s the banana.

Add about two tablespoon of sifted flour and baking powder into the banana batter. Combine all together as you blend and fold the mixture to a smooth texture. If the batter seems to be too thick add a little milk, about ¼ cup to the mixture and gently combine this in. Add oil to a frying pan and place on medium high heat. Ensure that the frying pot is not too heated, as you will burn the fritters.

Using a large spoon, carefully drop a spoonful of the banana batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on each side then remove from pan unto a plate with grease paper. For that extra special taste, combine cinnamon and sugar together to create your cinnamon sugary topping. When you have completely fried all the banana batter, sprinkle the delicious cinnamon sugary on top of the fritters while it is still hot. Serve this mouth-watering breakfast delight to your family with a cup of hot chocolate of milk.
