Virgin Atlantic Airways hubs are Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport in London as well as Manchester Airport in Manchester. The airline is easily identified by its pin-up girl designed, called Scarlet Lady, along with its colors of white, blue and red. Each theme on the air crafts are names of a feminine gender, such as Ladybird, Island Lady and Ruby Tuesday, with the most recent being Birthday Girl.

All Virgin Atlantic aircraft’s provides three classes of travel, namely Economy, Premium Economy, and Upper Class cabins. Economy class is an ordinary coach with amenities to include free meals, drinks and wide comfortable seats. The seats have a minimum seat pitch of 31” and also have adjustable lumbar support.
The Premium Economy offers you a separate check-in area, priority boarding ahead of economy class passengers, with wider seats and plenty of legroom. With their additional cabin services, you will be provided with in-flight drinks and snacks. While the Upper Class is almost the same as business class, as you will be feted with the biggest full flat bed ever seen on any airline. The seats also offer laptop power.
The seats in this class are placed and design in a delightful herringbone pattern. Plenty of in-flight entertainment is provided for all travel classes. You will be able to have access to a chauffeur, drive thru check-in and private security channel at some airports.

Virgin Atlantic Frequent Flyer Programme is called Flying Club Tiers, where members earned points towards air miles with other partner airlines like Singapore Airlines, BMI, Air China, just to name a few. Earn air miles with their wide range of global partners to redeem opportunities to shop at boutiques and other stores. There are two levels of membership available, namely silver and gold, where you can gain up to 40 points within a membership year.
