Offering flights to select destinations throughout the Caribbean, American Airlines is a a major U.S. airline.

Headquatered in  in Fort Worth, Texas, American Airlines offers flights to many of the Caribbean destinations including The Bahamas, Bermuda, Turks & Caicos, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, the U.S.V.I, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, Anguilla, St. Maarten, St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua, Dominica, St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Trinidad & Tobago, Guadeloupe and Belize.

The airline has a large all-Boeing fleet and codeshare agreements with airlines including British Airways, British Airways Limited and WestJet.

American Airlines offers two cabin types then traveling to the Caribbean, economical and business class. Business class features include seats with footrests, leg rests, 50 inch pitch and degree recline and personal power ports; premium duvet and pillow. For entertainment, you will have video players and noise-canceling headphones. Economy class boasts seats with 31 inch seat pitch. The airline also offer travelers a buy on board program where sandwiches and snacks can be purchased.

American Airlines’ travel frequent flyer program is the AAdvantage, with the membership type being Gold, Platinum, and Executive Platinum. The miles accumulated with this program allow members to redeem them for tickets, discounts on hotels, car rental, upgrades and other products and services.
