The Pitons


Sheltering a canopy of lush tropical foliage, the Pitons rise majestically on the island of St. Lucia. Soaring about 3,000 feet above sea level, these beautiful twin peaks called Gros Piton and Petit Piton offers a very spectacular view of the island coastline, as it protect the stunning Piton Bay. The Pitons are situated near the towns of Soufriere and Choiseul on the southwestern coast of St. Lucia. This imposing attraction with its lovely green slopes forms a pyramid pattern that stand like icons above the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The Pitons are actually volcanic hills with marvelous sulfur springs and hot mud pools to enjoy.
