Appleton Estate is still considered one of the Caribbean's leading rum distillers, where you can tour, taste and bring home the best of Jamaica. While you Appleton Estate trip take you to a fascinating tour that begins with its resident donkey demonstrating the way juice is extracted from sugarcane in the 18th century. While there, you will receive samples of freshly pressed cane juice and learn about its nutrients.
